A powerful stillness practice, where we practice passive stretches to relax the deep muscles of the body using props to assist us for longer holds.
Focus on physical & mental health. A combination of physical postures, breathing techniques & meditation to bring about a balance in body, mind, heart & soul.
A slow paced practice with breathwork where postures are held slightly longer in order to develop a connection between the body and breath, causing the mind to relax.
This meditation technique helps you in understanding the space of meditation and clearly demonstrates how to enter into this space of meditation. The three basic stages are there.

The studio is near to my house. It has amazing space and interior is beautiful. They provide all the yoga equipments too. Above all most importantly yoga instructors are very supportive and very down to earth.
Amazing! Big space , hygienic,positive atmosphere and the instructor is very attentive. Ensures that we are properly doing each pose and that we are getting the maximum out of the class.After yoga I have observed my internal breathing issue is being reduced as well as anxiety issues.
