On this sacred Guru Purnima night, we honor the timeless presence of Adiyogi Shiva, the original Guru and Lord of Dance (Nataraja), who taught the first seven sages (Saptarishis) the science of yoga and consciousness.

Let us gather in gratitude to awaken the inner light through breath, movement, and meditative stillness — guided by the spirit of the Guru and the rhythm of the cosmic dance.

Kindly have an early dinner before the session for a more comfortable and immersive experience.

Evening Flow:

8:00 – 8:15 PM: Arrival & Grounding
Step into a sacred space with calming aromas, herbal tea, and a moment of silence to invoke Adiyogi’s presence.

8:15 – 8:30 PM: Guided Breathwork
Consciously open the body and balance the mind with grounding breathwork techniques like Nadi Shodhana and conscious breathing, setting the tone for transformation.

8:30 – 9:15 PM: Ecstatic Movement & Music Journey
In the spirit of Shiva’s cosmic dance, we’ll move freely to a curated soundscape — starting soft and meditative, building into earthy, tribal, and soulful rhythms. Eyes closed, barefoot, heart open — a deeply personal yet collective experience of liberation through movement.

9:15 – 9:30 PM: Cool Down & Integration
Return to stillness with ambient music and a reflective rest in Shavasana. Let the teachings of the Guru settle deep within.
