These sessions include preparation for inversion yoga poses (like headstand, shoulder stand, handstand, forearm stand and more). These are advanced yoga postures that challenge your strength, balance, and concentration. These poses involve lifting your body off the ground and either balancing on your hands or forearms (arm balances) or flipping upside down with your head below heart (inversions). These poses not only provide physical benefits but also help develop mental focus and inner stability.
