• Sapta Dhatu (seven body tissues) & metabolic balance
• Marma points & body awareness
• Dincharya & Ritucharya (daily & seasonal routines)
• Ayurvedic food principles & kitchen applications
• Self-care, detox concepts & preventive lifestyle practices
• Correlation of Ayurveda with modern medical science
The course blends knowledge, guided practice, reflection and experiential learning — empowering you to make conscious choices for your health, family and wellbeing.
By the end of the program, you will:
• Understand your Ayurvedic body constitution and tendencies
