Join us for a special evening to celebrate World Yoga Day, which will include a specially curated group discussion, yoga, pranayama, blissful meditation, and sitaar recital “Yoganandsangeet” by award-winning player Uma Shankar Ji.

This workshop will teach you asana, pranayama, and energization techniques that, when practised regularly, can make your life blissful. 

Program flow

6:00-6:05- Lightning of lamp and Guru Vandana

6:05-6:45- Special yoga session designed for high energy and strength in daily life.

6:45-7:15- Tea and snack break 

7:15- 7:30- Group discussion "finding bliss through yoga - fad or reality "

7:30-7:45- Pranayama and breathing exercises for improving concentration, awareness and joy. 

7:45-8:15- Meditation with live sitaar recitation

8:15- 8:30- Dance meditation and celebration

8:30- Gratitude prayer and event closure
