Wind down your week and reset for the days ahead. Join Aditi Nandy for a soothing aerial yoga practise that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This practise is designed to user in deep relaxation, alleviate stress, and guide you into a meditative state. Each session ends with a small self-care gift to promote relaxation as a priority in daily life.
No previous aerial yoga experience is required.
During this workshop, you will get familiar with the apparatus used in Aerial Yoga, and learn how to safely move in the hammock, doing basic poses and modifications, all at a slower pace than in a regular class. The benefits of Aerial Yoga will be discussed in this workshop.
Aerial Yoga is a total body workout with amazing psychological benefits in addition to improving flexibility while being easy on the joints and decompressing the spine, strengthening the core and upper body muscles, and giving you a renewed perspective on your overall wellness approach.
Pre-registration is required and, in most cases, this workshop is a pre-requisite for joining a regular Aerial Yoga class.

We are offering these workshops as a means of getting your feet wet with aerial practise and to cover basic techniques and safety issues you will encounter in future classes. Completing the Aerial Yoga Basics Workshop is a prerequisite to taking any of our regularly scheduled Aerial Yoga classes.
