Every year, October 10th is observed as World Mental Health Day, an initiative by the World Health Organization (WHO) to raise awareness about mental well-being and the importance of taking care of our minds — just as we care for our bodies.

 

At Utsav Yoga, we deeply resonate with this mission. Yoga is not just about physical flexibility or postures — it is a complete science of harmony that nurtures the body, mind, and spirit.
